Upon reaching the Human Village again, there's one thing new and exciting! The Clothing Shop is open (bottom right building)! For a fee of 3000, you can change your Puppets' outfits! Shard of Dreams also has added a wedding outfit, although it appears to only work for your starter.
Heal up, and head up to the Hieda Household. Talk to Akyuu and Keine.
Once you exit the Hieda Household, head down, cross the bridge, and head straight down to a path guarded by a guy. He wouldn't have let you through before, but he will now.
On this new route, the path is very linear. Fight the Youkai girl with two level 17 Kurumis. Keep on going.
There's grass here where you can capture Elly, Kurumi, Kotohime, Mystia, Seija (rare), and Mamizou (rarer?).
Down past the grass is a pink-haired girl who will fight you with two level 17 Kotohimes. Just past her is a Farmer with a level 19 Yuuka. Down further past him, near a grassy patch, is a brown-haired fairy who will fight you with two level 17 Rumias. Down past her is a Yin Yang Orb containing a Quartz Hairpin (boosts the power of Earth-type attacks). Interact with the nearby pot to fight a wild Nitori.
Head down and fight the boy with two level 17 Seijas. Keep on going until you see a Yin Yang Orb. Go forward a bit more to a gap in the trees that you can go down through and go get the orb, which contains a Contract Thread. Now head back and cross the nearby bridge. There's a stump right after you get off the bridge. Interact with it to pick up a Prismatic Candy.
When you get the chance to go down, do so and pick up a Yin Yang Orb containing a Burn Charm (heals Burn status effect). Hop the ledge and head left just a bit. Talk to Kagerou, who will fight you with a level 19 Wakasagi, level 20 Sekibanki, and a level 21 Kagerou. Now head up past her. A woman will fight you with two level 17 Youmus. Head up past her and to the right.
There's an Inn right up here. First, make your offering to the nearby Jizou Statue and pick up the Yin Yang Orb containing a Rice Dumpling.
The Inn is typical inside. The Merchant here sells the following items:
Rosary Beads - 100 Talismans - 200
Skills cards 64, 65, 70, 71, 72, and 78.
Seal Thread - 200 Contract Thread - 600
As a note, do not sell the item 護符 if you see it in your Etc inventory because that's a Talisman and not junk.
Outside the Inn, head to the left. Eventually, you'll come across two girls who appear to be talking. Talk to the one on the right to fight her and her level 19 Mamizou, and the girl on the left uses a level 19 Nue when spoken to. Cross the bridge and then head down when you get the chance. Fight the Beast Youkai with a level 17 Chen and a level 17 Nazrin.
Through some grass you'll see two fairies. The first (right) will use a level 18 Nazrin and a level 17 Kyouko. The second (left) will use a level 17 Luna and a level 17 Daiyousei. Up past them is a Yin Yang Orb containing Skill Card 20. Now head back to the Inn.
To the right of the Inn is a path leading to the entrance to the Bamboo Forest of the Lost, which is the subject of the next section of the guide!

I'm fairly certain that only your starter has access to the wedding outfit and has no bearing on a puppet's happiness (my starter Rin was able to get it once outfits were available, and she wasn't at max).

DeleteWedding outfit works for all puppets that have grown 99 levels. Reincarnation is required to get the waifu outfit for all non-starter characters.
