So, this area is entirely new, so that's exciting!
Follow the linear path to a bridge. In the water here, you'll notice lighter blue patches. These patches can be walked on, so just keep going straight. They also make adorable noises as you walk across them. As you approach the Mausoleum, you'll be stopped by Seiga, who will fight you with two level 12 Yoshikas, and a level 14 Seiga.
Continue past her into the Mausoleum. Which actually leads to Senkai. In the grass here you can find Seiga, Yoshika, Tojiko, Futo (uncommon-ish), and Miko (rare).
After you're done in the grass, head up the bridge and then into Senkai proper. There's a bunch of people wandering around who don't fight you, but if you go to the right and talk to the woman there she will heal you.
Head up and you'll find Tojiko, who will fight you with two level 13 Tojikos. Past her, keep going straight. Futo will fight you with a level 13 Seiga and a level 14 Futo. Head through the door she was guarding.
In this building, head to the left first and go through the arch-way (door?). In here is an Akyuu box and a Yin Yang Orb containing a Rice Dumpling. Head back out to the main room, and this time go up (straight from the door you came from originally). Up here, you'll see Miko, who will seemingly taunt you with a book.
Miko will fight you with a level 15 Tojiko, which she will immediately swap for a level 15 Futo, and a level 17 Miko. Upon defeating her, she'll give you a key item. I don't know what this key item is, but it's a key item. Head out of Senkai / the Mausoleum completely (as in, back out all the way, even out of the cave).
Outside the cave, Mamizou will be blocking the stairs. Talk to her and she'll let you pass. Now, make your way back to the Human Village.
From the entrance to the Human Village that you come from, turn left until you get the chance to turn up, then go up and enter the building to your immediate left, which is Kosuzu's Bookshop. Kosuzu will be near one of the shelves at the back, so go talk to her. Now, exit her shop, go left across the bridge and then up. Go past the fields and when you see the bulletin board, go right and across the bridge. Heal if you need to at the Inn / head down a bit and visit the Item Shop if you need to. Then from the Inn, go up the nearby path and enter the Hieda Household. Talk to Akyuu and say Yes to her question and she'll give you your Puppetdex.
Now go back over the Inn. From the Inn, head left across the bridge and then allllll the way down, until you get to the bridge down there. You'll notice that the guys with a cart that were blocking the route to the left are gone, and you can go down that path now.
